Ordering anything online is par for the course today. With the plethora of options in existence, there are bad experiences and great experiences. Sheetz wanted to push the envelope with a great online ordering experience.
With a large, ever-evolving offer, Sheetz Online Ordering allows users to customize their food down to the packets of ketchup. A deep look into the previous ordering experience challenged me to bring a more efficient, simplistic, food-centric experience to the customer.
Leveraging sales, marketing, brand, and user experience, I was tasked with providing a Sheetz-ified experience for mobile, tablet, and desktop users that allows customers full-reign of customization features. Iterating on focus groups, user testing and other insight gathering methods, I was able to work with my team to develop a seamless ordering experience.
